1. Instrument Introduction
Steam distillation is one of the important methods for laboratory pretreatment, and its device usually consists of a steam generation part, a distillation part, and a receiving part. The components of ordinary steam distillation equipment are complex, and the self-assembly operation is cumbersome. In addition, during use, the accuracy of the measured data is often poor due to large fluctuations in steam flow rate, difficulty in controlling the airtightness of the equipment, and loss of volatile fractions during the distillation process.
JT5360+SG6000 is a 6-channel parallel commercial instrument. The instrument is designed with a workflow according to the requirements of steam distillation experiments. Through a microcomputer touch program, it achieves precise control of various parameters of the steam generation unit, distillation unit, and receiving unit. It has a high degree of automation and operates automatically without the need for personnel to be on duty during the experimental process.

The water vapor generator is connected to the host via Bluetooth for online synchronous control, making it intelligent and convenient;
The six steam output units are independently controlled, with adjustable steam volume, automatic water replenishment for water shortage, anti backflow function, and over temperature alarm protection;
The distillation unit adopts far-infrared ceramic heat source, with high thermal radiation efficiency, low power consumption, single hole single control, anti dry burning and active anti leakage protection functions;
The receiving unit is equipped with a high-precision quantitative weighing system for precise control of the distillation endpoint. After the experiment, the heating will automatically stop and the pressure relief system will be synchronously activated to prevent the reflux of the distillate;
The condensate water is automatically drained to suppress the growth of bacteria and maintain the cleanliness of the condensate water source;
Automatic cleaning system, reverse flow flushing program, one click automatic cleaning of distillate pipeline;
Built in automatic airtightness testing system, which performs airtightness testing through LCD touch screen operation after sample preparation and before the experiment begins. Effective airtightness inspection methods ensure the accuracy of the experiment;
